Four naming traps worth memorising

1. Fivefold Bleed is two Inner Ways. 断石之构 and 极乐泣血 share the English name. Always ask which Chinese one is meant.
2. Pear Garden is not a sect. The sect is The Masked Troupe (梨园戏班), and "Pear Garden" is the historical theatre term.
3. Inheritance is not the gear term. The confirmed English name is Relaying (承音).
4. Cosmic Reversal, not "Reveral". An early transcription spread a misspelling; the Chinese is 乾坤倒转.

Why keep the Chinese at all?

Because most reliable Where Winds Meet material is written in Chinese, and the English localisation has drifted. Keeping both strings on the page means a player can watch a Chinese boss video, read a Chinese build post, and still map it onto the English UI. It also makes the site's claims checkable: if a name here disagrees with the game, the disagreement is visible rather than buried in a translation choice.
